Pressure’s off. (Be a Keeper Pt.2)

Pressure’s off.

So this is a continuation of my most recent blog…I love it how if we make ourselves available, and we revisit places that the Lord spoke to us once before, He will come and continue the original thought!-He continues the conversation!! He will give a new angle or fresh insight to something He has already shared with us. (It’s so cool!)

In my last post, I was encouraged by the Lord and then I encouraged others to hold tightly to our faith- to be a ‘keeper of faith’ , which comes out of Isaiah 26:2. ..To not lose heart.

Sometimes that’s easier said than done, but the Lord delights in us trying with sincere hearts…and this morning He told me…and I’m telling you…the Pressure’s off.  HE is THE Keeper!

The very next verse, Isaiah 26:3 says, “You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you!”

The very next verse!–says that HE will keep ALL who trust in Him in perfect peace. All whose thoughts are SET on HIM. He is THE Keeper and He will never grow weary. He will never Fail.

Jesus said, “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30

God wants us to live light and easy, drawing from His strength and His rest. His peace is matchless, nothing like the world’s. We can trust Him that He will keep us and guard us in all things.

He will Deliver.

Pressure’s off …as we give Him all of our cares and burdens, as we give Him our Trust, and as we keep giving Him again and again and again our attention and our first thoughts.
